These draft terms outline the intended agreement between Letzeno and its customers. They are not yet in force.

The service

Letzeno provides software to create rental marketing, manage enquiries and viewings, and report on performance. Letzeno does not act as a letting agent, does not guarantee results and does not make tenant-selection decisions.

Your responsibilities

• Property information you enter must be accurate and you must have the right to advertise the property.
• You are responsible for complying with the laws and platform policies that apply to your advertising and lettings. Letzeno’s automated checks are guidance only.
• You approve content and advertising budgets before they are used.

Fees

Subscription fees are charged in advance for the chosen billing period. Advertising spend is billed by the advertising platforms directly.
