Getting started

• Create an account and choose landlord or agency.
• Add a property (or import a spreadsheet from Properties → Import).
• Open the property’s Advert studio tab, generate copy, review and approve it.
• Publish the property page from the Distribution tab and share the link.

Common questions

Why is a portal shown as “awaiting approval”? Most portals only accept listings from member agents under a commercial agreement. Until that’s in place, download the listing pack and upload it through your existing account.

Why was my advert blocked? The compliance checks found something like a deposit above the legal cap or a missing EPC rating. Fix the property details and try again. The checks are guidance, not legal advice.

Does Letzeno charge my advertising spend? No. Ad platforms bill you directly. Letzeno only charges your subscription.

How is my data protected? Each organisation’s data is isolated in the application and in the database, credentials are encrypted, and staff access requires a recorded justification.
