Privacy notice

This draft describes how Letzeno intends to handle personal data. It will be reviewed for UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018, EU GDPR where applicable, relevant US state privacy laws and the UAE Personal Data Protection Law before launch.

Roles

For our customers’ account data, Letzeno acts as controller. For prospective tenants’ enquiry data that customers collect through Letzeno, the customer is the controller and Letzeno processes the data on their behalf under a data processing agreement.

What we process

• Account data: name, email, organisation, role, security events.
• Property data supplied by customers.
• Enquiry data: name, contact details, messages, viewing bookings and the consent choices made on the enquiry form.
• Usage and security logs.

Retention

Customers configure how long inactive enquiry data is kept; after that period personal details are removed and only anonymous statistics remain.

Your rights

Prospective tenants can ask the advertiser for access to or erasure of their data. Letzeno provides tools for customers to fulfil these requests.

Hosting, email delivery, payments (Stripe) and AI model providers. A full list with locations will be published before launch.
